The invention relates to a health beverage, comprising the following components in parts by mass: 8-12 parts of lotus leaf, 2-4 parts of carrot, 10-15 parts of arabian jasmine flower, 3-5 parts of Chinese yam, 2-4 parts of hawthorn, 8-10 parts of sweetening agent, 0.03-0.05 parts of stabilizer and 80-120 parts of deionized water. The production method of the health beverage comprises the following steps: heating and soaking; extruding and extracting juice; adding enzyme to remove astringent; filtering and purifying; blending and refiltering; sterilizing and cooling; and packaging, so as to obtain the health beverage. The health beverage disclosed by the invention has a health-care effect on a human body, is reasonable in nutrition collocation, and delicious in taste, and has the functions of warming the middle warmer and the stomach, and clearing heat and reducing internal heat. The production method of the health beverage does not include a concentrated liquor process, is simplified, is low in cost, and small in loss of nutritional ingredients and medicinal components, and has a certain application prospect.
