The invention discloses a supercritical water oxidization treatment device for organic waste water and a temperature control method. The temperature control method is characterized in that fine adjustment of work temperature of a reactor can be realized by adjusting heating power of a heating furnace and flux of cooling water flowing into a first surface type attemperator, and meanwhile, a supercritical water temperature condition of the fluid in a hydraulic cyclone device can be guaranteed; and overtemperature protection control over the reactor is realized by adjusting flux of cooling waterof a second surface type attemperator and heating power of the heating furnace. With the adoption of the temperature control method, the control requirements on temperature of the reactor during the normal operation and security of the reactor in the system can be met, and the supercritical water temperature condition for desalting of the hydraulic cyclone device can be effectively guaranteed, sothat safe and reliable operation of the supercritical water oxidization treatment system for the high-salinity organic waste water is realized.
