Профиль антибиотикорезистентности условно-патогенных энтеробактерий реки Ангары

2013
In the paper there have been presented the results of studying the profile of antibiotic resistance of various representatives of family of Enterobacteriaceae of the microbial community of the Angara river (using cluster analysis). It has been established that Enterobacteriaceae of the Angara river are characterized with belonging to three clusters (mono-, moderateand polyantibiotic resistanсе). The bacteria E.coli, Enterobacter и Сitrobacter have monoantibiotic resistanсе. The main part of the isolates belonged to a cluster of moderateantibiotic resistant Enterobacteriaceae. The bacteria E.coli, Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., Proteus spp., C.freundii, P. аgglomerans, E.tarda have the property of poly-antibiotic resistanсе. The share and structure of Enterobacteriaceae, included in these clusters, varied in different parts of the Angara river. Most of mono-antibiotic resistant microorganisms (I cluster) attributed to the microbial community of the source of the river. The widest range of polyantibiotic resistant bacteria was typical for microbial community of the Angara river near the cities.
