The invention discloses a womb-distracting endoscopic device for visualized abortion. The womb-distracting endoscopic device is used with a negative pressure suction pipe and a miniature camera and comprises a support unit. The support unit comprises a first support plate (10a) and a second support plate (10b) which are oppositely disposed and connected and a guide rod device (20). A hollow space is formed by the first support plate (10a) and the second support plate (10b). The guide rod device (20) comprises a first head, a first middle connected with the first head and a first tail connected with the first middle. The first head is provided with raised grains. The first middle and the first tail are in cylindrical structures. Each cylindrical structure is concentric with the first head. The guide rod device (20) is provided with a cylindrical cavity inside. By the womb-distracting endoscopic device, a space for abortion operations can be increased, visual area is provided, and screen of a miniature camera sensor by bloodstains or tissues can be avoided effectively.
