Thermodynamically matched description of highly elastic couplings load characteristics considering misalignment of the attached shafts

The phenomenological method to obtain determining relationships of a rubber-cord elastic element of highly elastic couplings of any axisymmetric design is described. The induced deformation anisotropy effect considering the temperature influence is described in the nonlinear approximation of the first order. Basic tests necessary for determining material parameters of the proposed mathematical model are indicated.
