Array substrate, preparation method and touch control display device

The embodiment of the invention provides an array substrate, a preparation method and a touch control display device and belongs to the touch control display technical field. With the array substrate, the preparation method and the touch control display device adopted, problems of generation of noises and visual artifacts and insensitivity of touch which are caused by charge imbalance in the prior art can be solved. The display area of the array substrate comprises a plurality of thin film transistors which are arranged on a substrate, a first transparent electrode and a second transparent electrode. The display area of the array substrate also comprises a transparent insulating layer which contacts with the second transparent electrode; the transparent insulating layer is made of composite materials; when voltage which is applied to the transparent insulating layer is larger than preset voltage, the transparent insulating layer is a conductor; when voltage which is applied to the transparent insulating layer is smaller than the preset voltage, the transparent insulating layer is an insulator; and the second transparent electrode includes first sub electrodes which are arranged in a plurality of rows along a first direction and second sub electrodes which are arranged in a plurality of rows along a second direction, wherein first sub electrodes in different rows are insulated from each other, second sub electrodes in different rows are insulated from each other, the first sub electrodes and the second sub electrodes are insulated from each other, and the first direction intersects with the second direction.
