Изменения морфологического состояния тканей пародонтального комплекса в динамике ортодонтического перемещения зубов (экспериментальное исследование)

In 12 non-native dogs, the morphological state of periodontal tissues was studied using the developed experimental model and the design of an orthodontic device for horizontal movement of teeth under the action of dosed loading for 40 days. When modeling the process of reconstructing periodontal tissues using fixed orthodontic technique under the influence of small forces, the daily rate of tooth movement was no more than half the width of the periodontal gap, and the loading value did not exceed the fixing capacity of the periodontal. The obtained morphological data are compared with the structure of periodontal 4 intact animals. It was established that the physiological character of the processes of bone remodeling under the influence of small forces exerts a positive effect on the morphological changes in the tissues of the periodontal complex, minimizes the number of complications in orthodontic movement of the teeth, contributing to the reduction of the adaptation time.
