Effect of Curvature on a X-band Conformal Microstrip Patch Antenna

In this paper, the design of a Conformal microstrip patch antenna for X-band is presented. The effect of the curvature on antenna parameters due to conformability of patch over the different nonplanar shapes is studied. The frequency response and gain are studied as a function of the radius of curvature.
