Chapter 18: Dasyurids, Perameloids, Phalangeroids, and Vombatoids from the Early Pliocene Hamilton Fauna, Victoria, Australia

Abstract New material of dasyurids, peramelids, phalangerids, pseudocheirids, burramyids, ektopodontids, and vombatids from the early Pliocene Hamilton fauna of Victoria, Australia, includes a new perameloid species and the first record of vombatids in the Hamilton fauna. The earlier interpretation of the assemblage as representing a rain forest fauna is confirmed.
