Взаимная модуляция действия на ионные каналы нейронов моллюсков мексидола и бупивакаина при их совместном применении

We studied the changes of natrium, calcium and potassium slow ion currents during separated and combined application of mexidol and bupivacain on the isolated limnaea stagnalis neurons using the method of intracellular dialysis and fi xation of membrane potential. Two series of experiments were performed: 1 separate and combined effect of mexidol (100 mcM) and bupivacain (62,5 mcM); 2 combined effect of mexidol (1000 mcM) and bupivacain (6,2, 62,5, 125, 250 and 500 mcM). Mexidol weakening of natrium, calcium and potassium slow ion currents suppression induced by bupivacain and intensifi cation of natrium currents prohibition during combined application of both preparations were demonstrated.
