A quantitative electron microscopic analysis of the membrana granulosa of rat preovulatory follicles

The ultrastructure of the membrana granulosa (MG) of rat preovulatory follicles was examined using stereological techniques. Organelles studied were nuclei, mitochondria, lipid droplets (LD), lysosome
