Experimental research of plastic scintillation detector loaded ~6Li neutron energy response

A new plastic scintillator, plastic scintillator loaded ()~6Li, is brought forward and developed in this paper in order to increase low energy neutron sensitivity. Neutron sensitivity of several plastic scintillation detectors loaded ()~6Li new developed in neutron energy range 0.2MeV～5.0MeV are calibrated by direct current at serial accelerator. Energy response curves of the detectors are obtained in this experiment. It is shown that this new plastic scintillation detector can increase low energy neutron sensitivity in experimental results.
