Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) is caused by the significant production of catecholamines that lead to myocardial hypokinesis through cardiomyocytes toxicity and coronary microvascular dysfunction. We present an organ donor who developed reverse TCM (a variant of TCM) following major head trauma. 22
