Formulation development of a nucleotide phosphoramidate

To develop a shelf-stable formulation of a cancer treatment under study, the authors evaluated three approaches: cosolvent systems, complexation, and micellar solubilization. Micellar solubilization with Polysorbate80 and cosurfactants was successful for developing a small-volume parenteral formulation for intravenous administration.
