Characterizations and Application of Conductive ZAO Nanocrystals Prepared by Ultrasonic-Template Method

The white zinc aluminium oxide (ZAO) nanocrystals with excellent dispersity and electrical conductivity were efficiently synthesized by the ultrasonic鄄template method. The morphologies, structures of the ZAO nanocrystals and the thermochemistry of the precursor were researched by TEM, XRD, FT鄄IR, TG鄄DTA, and UV鄄Vis, etc. The relationships of Al2O3 addition quantity with the resistivity, UV鄄Vis absorption wavelength, and energy band gap of ZAO nanocrystals were also studied. The ZAO nanocrystals were added to the anlistatig鄄coatings system, and the obtained coating忆s color was easy to be modulated, its electrical conductivity and UV鄄absorption were also obviously improved.
