배낭기미습지 내 참개구리(Pelophylax nigromaculatus) 소리 모니터링 효과성 분석

We analyzed the effectiveness of sound monitoring using call recording of the amphibians in the Baenanggimi wetland in Heuksan-myeon, Sinan-gun, Jeollanam-do. As a result, it was confirmed with two species, P. nigromaculatus and H. japonica by song meter. The first call of the black-spotted pond frog was detected on 20 March, and the breeding season of this frog was begun on 8 April 2016. The chi square test between the call index (CI) and weather, showed that the mean- and lowest temperature was found to affect CI, while in contrast, the other factors were not. The analysis of the optimal recording volume and time zone showed differences between every minutes, respectively. And the call intensity was the highest after 21:00, deemed appropriate to record for approximately six minutes.
