Нарушение системы регуляции агрегатного состояния крови при хронической болезни почек

The analysis of the scientific date devoted to the disorder of hemostasis in patients with chronic kidney disease was made. In patients with chronic kidney disease there were two trends in hemostasis infringement: prothrombotic and hemorrhagic. Particular attention was focused on the mechanisms of platelet dysfunction. The possible factors of the platelet damage were discussed. The presence of alternative points of view on the role of endothelial cells in the induction of coagulation disorders and thrombophilia were showed. Alternative data devoted to the role of platelet-derived microparticles and endothelium-derived microparticles in mechanisms of infringement of blood aggregation and hemostasis in patients with chronic kidney disease were discussed.
