The utility model relates to a flexible printed circuit (FPC), in particular to a tooling structure during production process of the FPC. The tooling structure used for Surface Mounting Technology (SMT) of the FPC at least comprises a square bottom plate and positioning walls at four sides thereof, wherein four vertex angles of the bottom plate are also respectively provided with a fixing hole; the center of the positioning wall is also provided with a longitudinal assistant positioning wall; the bottom plate is also coated with an adhering layer in a spraying way or pasted with an adhering strip; a plurality of FPCs are tightly arranged next to the inner edge of the positioning wall of the bottom plate; and a support plate glue with low adhesiveness or a pasted high temperature resistingtape is used for fixing the FPC on the bottom plate. By adopting the technical scheme, the tooling structure is simple and extremely conveniently solves the problems of low efficiency and inconvenience of the FPC during the SMT production process.
