Thermoplastic elastomer composition, molded article, and adhesive agent

2014
A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising: 100 parts by mass of a hydrogenated block copolymer (A) which comprises a polymer block (a) comprising a structure unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block (b) comprising 1 to 100% by mass of a structural unit (b1) derived from farnesene and 99 to 0% by mass of a structural unit (b2) derived from a conjugated diene other than farnesene, wherein the ratio of the mass of the polymer block (a) to the mass of the polymer block (b), i.e., [(a)/(b)], is 1/99 to 70/30; and 5 to 300 parts by mass of a polar-group-containing olefin polymer (B). The thermoplastic elastomer composition has excellent flexibility and moldability/processability and can adhere a ceramic material, a metal, a synthetic resin or the like through a heating treatment at a low temperature (e.g., 190oC or lower) without requiring a primer treatment or the like.
