Ni60-Ni包MoS2-Ni包C复合自润滑涂层的结合强度及摩擦学性能

2009
Nickel-based alloy (Ni60) self-lubricating composite coatings containing Ni-coated MoS2 and Ni-coated graphite as the compounded lubricants were prepared on steel substrate by high velocity oxygen fuel spraying. The influence of the compounded solid lubricants on the adhesion strength in drawing, friction coefficient, and wear weight loss of the composite coatings were investigated and analyzed based on regression analysis as well. Results show regression equations have good fitting accuracy. Ni-coated MoS2 and Ni-coated graphite as the compounded solid lubricants had synergistic effect in reducing friction and wear of the composite coatings. The composite coating with a MoS2 content of 33wt% and a graphite content of l3wt% showed good adhesion strength and best friction-reducing and antiwear abilities. Namely, its adhesion strength was above 30 MPa, while its friction coefficient and wear weight loss were minimal.
