The invention discloses a high-sulfur magnetite concentrate efficient activated flotation desulfuration method. Water is added into high-sulfur magnetite concentrate to make a solution, then size mixing is performed when certain concentration of the solution is achieved, activator CA, copper sulfate, collector sodium butyl xanthogenate and foaming agent number two oil are added into the solution sequentially, one-rough-one-fine desulfurization flotation is performed, and the final low-sulfur iron ore concentrate and sulfur concentrate can be obtained. The high-sulfur magnetite concentrate efficient activated flotation desulfuration method has the advantages of being high in desulfurization efficiency, low in medicament corrosivity and simple in technological flow. For iron ore concentrate with sulfur content as high as 1.19%, sulfur content of the final iron ore concentrate can be reduced to lower than 0.15%, desulfurization degree can reach to higher than 90%, and iron recovery rate can reach to higher than 92%.
