Хронологические особенности острых отравлений в Республике Башкортостан

The significant fluctuations exist in the structure of acute poisonings within year. The chronological anal-ysis of poisoning structure (n=19187) in dependence from month and day of week in Republic Bashkortostan in 2007-2009 was performed. The total number of poisoning was maximal in January and stepwise decreased till De-cember, but the severity of poisoning – increased. In 2007-2008 the number of poisoning increased and in 2009 – further decreased. The number of poisonings is bigger in the beginning and end of the week and less – in the middle. The significance of time factor in the number and structure of poisonings that is important in the prophylactics and toxicological care planning.
