Aplicación del sistema ELISA indirecto para la detección de anticuerpos totales a leptospira en diferentes grupos de estudios

There are some reports in the literature describing the use of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)for detecting antileptospiral antibodies in human serum. In this work we described the application of an ELISA in differents groups. A clear difference was observed between the optical density and positive or negative serological reactivity percents. We demostrated a practical utility of this technique for a rapid diagnosis in human leptospirosis
