The nanometer stuffing production unit comprises a reaction kettle, as well as a heating and heat insulation system, a stirring system, a condenser reflux fractionating system, a water recovery system, a vacuum-pumping system, a monitoring control system and a bracket matched with the reaction kettle, wherein, the reaction kettle is hung in the air and is fixed on the bracket; the heating and heat insulation system is integrated with the reaction kettle into a whole; a stirring device is installed above the reaction kettle; the condenser reflux fractionating system is arranged above one side of the reaction kettle, one end of the condenser reflux fractionating system is fixed on the cover of the reaction kettle and is communicated with the inner cavity of the body of the reaction kettle, and the terminal of the condenser reflux fractionating system is connected with the water recovery system; the water recovery system is connected with the vacuum-pumping system; and the mentoring control system is respectively connected with the heating and heat insulation system and the stirring system; in the process that the inorganic sol is utilized to produce hybrid organic/inorganic materials, the dispersive medium of the inorganic sol system, namely, water, is replaced by organic medium, the unit can rapidly realize the process in high efficiency, and the operation is convenient.
