Exploration of Innovation of the Laboratory's System and Experimental Teaching Reform

This paper briefly described the working experience and corresponding effects to reform the laboratory management system,which has changed the conventional way of managing laboratory by a teaching and research section.And it set up a new-built biology basic courses educational experimental center.Based on it,the laboratory teaching reform was strengthened,which realized resource sharing.The establishment of the center helps to improve students' practical abilities and comprehensive quality.
