Based photonic device and the active cavity micropropulsion, relates to an apparatus and a photon micropropulsion achieved with the device to promote micro photonic implementation. Said means along the beam propagation direction are sequentially provided pumping system, dichroic mirror, the laser gain medium, high and advance the object mirror, advancing the object and the high reflective mirrors are fixed together, the pump pumping system focusing light emitted from the laser the gain medium. The method is implemented by the steps of: constructing an optical resonant cavity containing a gain medium, a resonant cavity using a feedback of photon propulsion serving to achieve the object of multiple light pressure effect, stimulated gain medium using micro photonic amplification of photons enlarge and improve the efficiency of the propulsion thrust. The present invention can greatly reduce the laser power required for propulsion micro, and can greatly improve the efficiency of propulsion, based on ease of active cavity laser photons to promote micro-engineering techniques.
