The transparent substrate 100 has a first face 101, a second face 102, a first region 103 defining an area of each of the first and second faces 101 and 102, and a second region 104 being aligned with the first region 103 along the X direction and defining another area of each of the first and second faces 101 and 102. The first transparent electrodes 200a arc arranged on the first region 103 of the first face 101 of the transparent substrate 100, and the second transparent electrodes 200b are arranged so as to cross the first transparent electrodes 200a in plan position. The second region 104 of the transparent substrate 100 has an accommodating hole 110 to accommodate a portion of a microphone 500.
