Analysis of the efficacy and safety of tegafur synchronous radiation and sequential chemotherapy for abdominal lymph node metastasis after radical gastrectomy

2018
Objective To study the efficacy and safety of tegafur synchronous radiotherapy followed by sequential chemotherapy on abdominal lymph node metastasis after radical gastrectomy. Methods From March 2016 to April 2018, 70 patients with abdominal lymph node metastases after gastric cancer radical surgery were studied. According to the different ways of treatment, the 35 cases in the observation group received tegafur synchronous radiation sequential chemotherapy treatment, and the 35 cases in the control group underwent radiotherapy alone. The clinical effects, life quality and adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 62.86%, and that of the observation group was 82.86%, there was significant difference(P 0.05), and the scores of both groups increased one month after treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P 0.05). Conclusions The treatment effect of tegafur synchronous radiotherapy and sequential chemotherapy on peritoneal lymph node metastatic tumor after radical gastrectomy is good, without increasing the adverse reactions, and ensuring the safety of treatment, so it is worth popularizing.
