Correlation analysis of clinical stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and serum inflammatory factors

2015
Objective To analyze the stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and serum inflammatory factors relevant. Methods December 2012-November 2014 hospital in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and 43 cases as the study group and the control group,43 cases of healthy smokers choose the same period. Were collected from the study group and the control group, peripheral blood, specimens supernatant were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),C reactive protein(CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)levels were observed in the study group and the control group, and both groups. The test results were compared. Analysis of different groups SGRQ score, BODE index patient classification level of detection, detection indicators related diseases research. Results The study group and the control group, serum inflammatory factors contrast, the higher the index study group, significant difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Test results showed disease closely related to MCP-1, CRP, TNF-α, BNP. Conclusions Patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease MCP-1, CRP, TNF-α, BNP serum inflammatory factors, such as increased significantly with the disease have a certain relevance. Therefore, for the treatment of this disease, should take full account of serum inflammatory factors, and clearly the degree of influence to ensure the accuracy of disease diagnosis, lay the foundation for follow-up treatment.
