Uplink power reducing method and user equipment

A power reducing method and a User Equipment (UE) are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: adopting simultaneously at least two uplink channels for information transmission; when the sum of the powers required by all the uplink channels is larger than the maximum transmission power of the UE, performing power reduction on a part of or all the uplink channels until the sum of the reduced powers of all the uplink channels is not larger than the maximum transmission power of the UE; transmitting information in the reduced powers respectively by the part of or all the uplink channels. With the present invention, it is possible to solve the problem of power limitation occurring while a UE adopts at least two uplink channels to transmit information.
