The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of compensation or rewards on employee performance in an organization or company, especially PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative approach, data collection tools using interviews. The results of this study indicate whether the compensation or reward given by an organization gets a positive or negative response to the influence of organizational culture.
