Pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team assisted individualization (TAI) dan tipe student team achievement division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi ditinjau dari motivasi belajar

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh penerapan modelpembelajaran  Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dan Student TeamAchievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi, 2) Pengaruh hasilbelajar Ekonomi antara peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggidan peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah, 3) Interaksi antaramodel pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dan Student TeamAchievement Division (STAD) serta motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajarEkonomi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan bentuk kuasieksperimen. Populasi penelitian seluruh peserta didik kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri diKabupaten Karanganyar yang menerapkan Kurikulum 2013 tahun pelajaran2015/2016, sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling.Kelompok eksperimen I dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar denganjumlah peserta didik 87 dan dikenai model pembelajaran TAI, sedangkankelompok ekpserimen II dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri Colomadu dengan jumlahpeserta didik 68 dan dikenai model pembelajaran STAD.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu tes untuk data hasilbelajar ekonomi, angket untuk motivasi belajar dan dokumentasi. Uji hipotesispenelitian menggunakan analisis varian dua jalan,  desain faktorial 2x2 dengantaraf signifikansi 0,05. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitasdan homogenitas dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21.Berdasarkan hasil analisis varian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Terdapatperbedaan pengaruh pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI)  danStudent Team Achievement Division (STAD) terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi, 2)Terdapat  pengaruh hasil belajar Ekonomi antara peserta didik yang memilikimotivasi belajar tinggi dan peserta didik yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah,3)Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization(TAI) dan Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) serta motivasi belajarterhadap hasil belajar EkonomiThis study aims to determine: 1) The effect of the application of learningmodels Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) and Student Team AchievementDivision (STAD) on the learning achievement in economics, 2) The effect on thelearning achievement in economics between students who have high learningmotivation and students who have the low learning motivation, 3) The interactionbetween the learning models Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) and StudentTeam Achievement Division (STAD) and also the learning motivation on thelearning achievement in economics.This research is quantitative research with quasi-experimental form. Thestudy population all students of  XI Social class in Karanganyar  2015/2016school year that applied of curriculum 2013, the study sample was determined bysimple random sampling technique. The experimental group I, held in SMANegeri 2 Karanganyar consisting of 87 students and subjected TAI learningmodel, while the experimental group II was conducted in SMA Negeri Colomaduconsisting of 68 students and subjected to the learning model of STAD.Data collection techniques in this study are a test for economicsachievement data, questionnaires for the learning motivation and documentations .Test research hypotheses using two- way analysis of variance with a 2x2 factorialdesign with a significance level of 0.05. Previous test prerequisite that normalityand homogeneity test using SPSS 21 software. The results of variance analysis concluded that : 1) There are differences inthe effect of learning Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) and Student TeamAchievement Division (STAD) on the learning achievement in economics, 2)There is the influence on the learning  achievement in economics betweenstudents who have high learning motivation and students have low learningmotivation, 3) There is an interaction between the learning models Team AssistedIndividualization (TAI) and Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) andalso the learning motivation on the learning achievement in economicsA
