НЕПОСРЕДСТВЕННЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ РАКА ПРЯМОЙ КИШКИ С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ АППАРАТА СВАРКИ МЯГКИХ ТКАНЕЙ

The surgical method is the standard rectum cancer therapy. The high frequency of postoperative complications may be considered as one of one the unresolved problems of rectum cancer in surgery, despite the rapid development of coloproctology in recent years,. Purpose: to examine the immediate results of surgical treatment of rectal cancer using the soft tissues welding machine. Materials and methods: the results of274 patients’ treatment suffering from rectal cancer were analyzed in G.V. Bondar Republican Oncological Center. Patients were receiving surgical treatment based on the colorectal department during 2011 - 2013. The test group consisted of 163 patients where the mobilisation of a rectum during surgery using of high-frequency EC-300M1electro welding complex was carried out, the control group consisted of 111 patients whom the rectum mobilisation was carried out in the traditional way in . Results of research: using of high frequency welding complex allowed to reduce surgery time from 154 ± 12 minutes in the control group to 154±12 minutes in the test group to 112±11 minutes and to reduce the blood loss to 251.5 ± 20 ml in the test group, while the control group where the given indicator was 428±27 ml. In the test group the lymphorrhea volume in the early postoperative period was 167±12 ml in comparison with the control group where the given indicator was 440±38. The rate of postoperative complications in the test group reached 12,3±2,1 % spite the control group where the given indicator was 17,1±2,6 %. Conclusions: using of a high-frequency electro welding complex allows to reduce surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, limforea volume in the postoperative period, thus postoperative complications.
