Efecto de seis tecnologías de laboreo de conservación sobre un suelo aluvial Effect of six technologies of conservation tillage on an alluvial soil

2007
The work was developed in the “Julio Zenon” Agricultural Cooperative, belonging to the “Arquimimides Colina” Sugar Company of Granma province, in Cuba; with the objective of valuing the effect of six technologies of conservation tillage for sugar cane on a alluvial soil,18 months after having applied, through the study of the behavior of the apparent density of the same one. The applied technologies were T1, tillage with combined tiller “C-101” (with disk of vertical court, organ to cut stump, winged medium deep subsoiler and furrower) and combined machine “C-102” (with rotovator drum winged medium deep subsoiler and furrower); T2, tillage with combined tiller “C-101” (with disk of vertical court, organ to cut stump, winged medium deep subsoiler and furrower); T3, tillage with the”Multitill UDG-3,2"machine (constituted by two rotovator drums, vibratory tillers and furrowers) in a single pass; T4, tillage with the “Multill UDG-3,2” machine (with all their work organs) in two passes; T5, tillage with the”Multitill UDG-3,2" machine (with all their work organs) and combined machine “C-102” (with all their work organs); and T6, tillage with the “Multill UDG 3,2” machine (with all their work organs) and combined tiller “C-101” (with the winged medium deep subsoiler and furrowers only). it could be proven that 18 months after the preparation of the soil in the technology of minimum tillage T6 6,7% of the effect lasts, while in T1 and alone T2 it lasts the 0,8 and 2,9% respectively, in T4 6,3% and in T5 5,6%; this indicates that a bigger duration of the favorable effect of the tillage is achieved in the technologies that include the “Multill UDG 3,2” machine, alone or in combination with other machines (the “C-101” and “C-102”), for what one can wait bigger useful life of the stump of sugar cane and a bigger agricultural yield with the employment of the same ones.
