Bidirectional frequency modulation and collision energy consumption vibration damper

2014
The utility model discloses a bidirectional frequency modulation and collision energy consumption vibration damper. The bidirectional frequency modulation and collision energy consumption vibration damper comprises a square metal box. A transverse guide rail is arranged below the square metal box, a trolley which can slide transversely is arranged on the transverse guide rail, and the front end and the back end of the trolley are connected with the side wall of the square metal box through a spring and a viscous damper. The trolley is internally provided with a metal suspender. The upper end of the metal suspender is connected with a one-way hinge fixed to the upper portion inside the trolley, and the other end of the metal suspender is connected with a mass ball which can longitudinally swing in the trolley and can collide with the side wall. The bidirectional frequency modulation and collision energy consumption vibration damper is a vibration damping control device for a building structure, is capable of effectively reducing the vibration reaction of the structure under the action of the horizontal load (wind or earthquake or others), and has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to machine, easy and convenient to install, high in cost performance and the like.
