Offshore drilling equipment capable of keeping drill pipe pose balance comprises a drilling platform. A through hole is formed in the drilling platform. A drilling machine is arranged above the through hole, is connected with a detection control system, and comprises a drilling tower, a drilling driving device and a drill pipe pose compensating device. A guide rail is fixedly connected into the drilling tower. The length of the guide rail is matched with the height of the drill tower. The drilling driving device is fixedly connected to the guide rail and slides along the guide rail. The drill pipe pose compensating device is fixed to the lower side of the drilling driving device, and clamps a drill pipe. The drill pipe moves up and down through sliding of the drilling driving device, and can move down to penetrate the through hole to achieve drilling operation. The drill pipe is kept in a balanced state during up-down movement through compensating motion of the drill pipe pose compensating device. The compensating motion of the drill pipe pose compensating device is controlled by the detection control system. The offshore drilling equipment has the advantages that the drill pipe is kept in the balanced state in real time through a stabilizing platform with multiple degrees of freedom, and accordingly, drilling accuracy and production efficiency are improved.
