High-performance ultrafine-structured graphene supercapacitors fabricated by femtosecond laser nanolithography

The microsized structure of laser-scribed supercapacitor electrodes is a barrier for achieving high performances. Here we report on femtosecond laser lithography for ultrafine-structured supercapacitor fabrication. A performance breakthrough can be achieved.
