Automatic self-adapting pressure adjustment mechanism for printing machine rollers

2015
The invention discloses an automatic self-adapting pressure adjustment mechanism for printing machine rollers. The automatic self-adapting pressure adjustment mechanism comprises wallboards, a plate roller, a rubber roller, a bottom roller, upper swinging arms, lower swinging arms, a first screw motor and a second screw motor. The upper swinging arms are hinged to the middle parts of the wallboards, and an arc-shaped notch is formed in the rear end surface of each upper swinging arm. The lower swinging arms are hinged to the middle-lower parts of the wallboards, a cam is hinged to the rear end of each lower swinging arm, and the rear peripheral curved surfaces of the cams are matched with the rear lower end surfaces of the upper swinging arms. The two ends of the rubber roller are installed at the middle parts of the pair of upper swinging arms. The two ends of the bottom roller are installed at the rear parts of the pair of lower swinging arms. A rolling wheel capable of being embedded into the notches of the upper swinging arms is installed on one side of a first sliding block on the first screw motor. The upper end surface of a second sliding block on the second screw motor makes contact with the lower end surfaces of the front parts of the cams in a sliding mode. The automatic self-adapting pressure adjustment mechanism can greatly improve the adjustment accuracy and reduce the manufacturing cost and is high in automation degree.
