Pressure stabilization control system of pitching oil cylinders of active carry-scraper

2015
A pressure stabilization control system of pitching oil cylinders of an active carry-scraper comprises the first pitching oil cylinder (2), the second pitching oil cylinder (3), a main reversing valve (1), a first one-way sequence valve (7), a second one-way sequence valve (6), a reversing valve (8), a first energy accumulator (9), a second energy accumulator (10), a pressure control valve (12) and a pressure stabilization valve (13). A pressure buffer loop is connected among the first pitching oil cylinder (2), the second pitching oil cylinder (3) and the main reversing valve (1) in parallel to absorb impacts generated in the work process of the first pitching oil cylinder (2) and the second pitching oil cylinder (3). After the pressure of rod cavities or rodless cavities of the pitching oil cylinders is suddenly increased, hydraulic oil of the high-pressure cavities can be automatically conveyed to the first energy accumulator through the pressure buffer loop, and oil supplementation can be fast carried out on the low-pressure cavities from the second energy accumulator; and the heating amount of the system is small, the impact force on a pitching mechanism is effectively buffered, and the service life of the pitching mechanism of the carry-scraper is prolonged.
