Shield tunnel pipe segment adopting complete non-axial blocking surface

2010
The invention relates to a shield tunnel pipe segment adopting complete non-axial blocking surface, consisting of a capping block A, adjacently connected blocks B1-B2 positioned at the two sides of the capping block, a start assembling block C and standard blocks D1-D4 positioned among the start assembling block C and the adjacently connected blocks. The shield tunnel pipe segment is characterized in that the longitudinal seam surface of each pipe segment forming a lining ring is not parallel to the axis of the lining ring. The shield tunnel pipe segment has the advantages of avoiding sealing materials between the seams when in assembling from being compressed and then drawn, thus having influence on the waterproof performance and construction quality of a tunnel; in addition, the pipe segment and the axial direction form an included angle, thus being beneficial to converting longitudinal thrust of a shield to horizontal pressing force, achieving the purpose of self locking among the pipe segments and improving the assembling quality of the pipe segments.
