Comparison between level of breath alcohol and level of blood alcohol from the forensic medicine

The discussion about measuring techniques that can be used in court is continuing. Problems occurring are mistakes made by the police (in the course of taking samples). The correct interpretation of obtained data in legal analogy to level of alcohol in the blood and, especially, the fact that the two obtained measured values are not comparable.
