A first band including a vibration component to be perceived as sound by the auditory system of a living body, the vibration of the second band including a vibration component to achieve the effect of lowering the brain activity of the band beyond the first band or comprises a generating means for generating a vibration signal, the vibration having the second band, by applying to the living body with the vibration of said first band, and a vibration presenting means for reducing brain activity of the living organism.
