Research on Conflicts between Digital Rights Management and Public Rational Usage and Strategies

The technology of Digital rights management protects the legitimate interests of copyright holders,but also squeezes the space of rational use of the Public,resulting the imbalance of interests between the copyright holders and the Public.By studying the conflict between Digital right management and rational use,this paper proposes some ways to resolve the conflict.
