Оцінка впливу лакування на кольоровідтворення рекламної аркушевої продукції

2018
The results of the study revealed a deviation of indicators of the color differences as well as a slight difference in the degree of gloss for the prints covered with water-dispersion and UV-varnish. The mentioned above provides the necessity of adjusting the processes of printing and varnishing to achive the standards of the studied parameters. This is possible to obtain trough reducing the volume of ink feeding and adjusting the feeding force of the varnishing jet and the process of its spreading and fixing speed. The most qualitative varnishing the prints can be provided applying the offset printing and processing ‘in line’ with a lacquer section, equipped with the chambered doctor blade system with an anilox roller. Taking into account the tendencies of the development of the publishing and polygraphic complex, reducing the cost and the time of execution of the order, as well as assessing the economic and technological parameters of possible ways of decoration of advertising products such as cheapness, simplicity, efficiency, prevalence, it can be argued that the preferences should be given to the application of varnish on the print. In order to produce competitive products, it is necessary to meet the relevant quality requirements that had been currently extending. The quality control of the prints, decorated with two different types of varnish, will allow to analyze the factors influencing on the color reproduction, the degree of gloss, to assess the cost-effectiveness of applying one or another type of varnish depending on the obtained results and technical and economic indicators and taking into account the difference in the cost of consumable material as well. Understanding the current state of varnishing, the prospects of the development of ink and varnish materials and analysis of the technological process of varnishing is an important aspect for improving this process.
