The invention discloses a closed-loop control method on the basis of response information for complicated power systems. The closed-loop control method includes enabling collecting and measuring units of control master stations to predict power angles of various power generators at a next moment according to post-failure measured response of the various power generators, sorting the power angles according to the sizes of gaps of the power angles, dividing the power angles into a leading group and a lagging group and predicting the transient stability between the two groups; computing required reduction of power generation and units with reduction of power generation in the leading group for the certain systems of the two groups in real time, and keeping the systems to run stably after reduction of power generation is executed; keeping the systems which are not about to lose the transient stability to run stably without emergency control measures. The certain systems of the two groups are about to lose the transient stability. The closed-loop control method has the advantage that the closed-loop control method can be used for carrying out online real-time closed-loop control for the complicated power systems.
