Today continuous training and education of all employees are the most important principles forachieving high business results, ie enterprise opportunity to solve many problems in their business environment.The most important part in this approach is the managers and employees to think like owners of the company,not as an isolated part of the organizational structure of the family company. The practice in developed countrieshas shown that the training and education of employees creates a competitive advantage. Business success todayis measured by the level of timely and continuous training becomes an important component of the new methodsand techniques, especially because of the expressed tendency to introduce new high technology, and leanmanufacturing in a business environment and increasing competition in the market.In managing the family business, knowledge is important for the sustainability and success of theirdevelopment. Therefore, it is important investment in organizing and participating in various trainings,seminars, workshops, where knowledge is constantly updated with the knowledge achieved in practice. Thepractice has shown that it is necessary and useful to develop adequate internal training program that will enablemanagers and skilled employees to prepare for the successful implementation of complex tasks. But thisapproach is different for various family enterprises. In family enterprises in which the family has the advantage,usually no formal training programs. In this case, family members are expected to intuitively learn frombusiness practice. Unlike them, in companies in which the company has the advantage, recognized the need forformal training. The trainings are planned and implemented in order for family members to learn the necessarybusiness practices. In the process of its use, knowledge creation finds its confirmation in practice to itsapplication. Parallel to this process is the process of development of knowledge, as a result of its constantupgrading and improvement.
