The diagnosis processes of 7 difficultly-diagnosed and complicated cases illustrate the significance of the clinical method.The clinical method is important in neurology.Ignoring careful history taking and physical examination result in misdiagnosis.What's more,the clinical method is the decisive criteria for choosing suitable auxiliary examinations.Clinical logical thinking is also very important.Correct clinical thinking can bring the doctors to go further in the exploration of medicine and clinical practice.Nowadays,more and more new laboratory tests have been applied as auxiliary diagnostic methods for the neurologists,however,clinical method is still the most convenient,shortcut,effective and irreplaceable method for the diagnosis of neurological diseases.
