The invention concerns 2-piperidinones of the general formula (I) in which R1, R2 and R3 are defined as in claim 1. The invention further concerns their tautomers and stereoisomers including their mixtures and salts which have valuable pharmacological properties, in particular aggregation-inhibiting effects. Finally, the invention concerns drugs containing these compounds, their use and a process for their preparation.
