Early results from the SPYRAL HTN-OFF MED trial demonstrate proof of concept that renal denervation (RDN) reduces both office and 24-hour mean blood pressure (BP) in non-medicated hypertensive patients. However, the effect of RDN on hourly BP patterns has not been investigated extensively.
