The purpose of this research is to know: 1) To determine the significant effect
of teacher's teaching style on student learning outcomes in accounting lesson. 2) To
determine the significant effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes
in accounting lesson. 3) To determine the significant effect between teaching style
and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in accounting lesson. 4) To
determine the teacher's teaching style that can support student learning outcomes
according to the student's perspective. 5) To determine the types of student learning
motivation according to the teacher's perspective.
This research includes a type of research combined or mixed method of
concurrent embedded model (mixed unbalanced) with associative quantitative
descriptive approach. The population in this research are students of class X
Accounting SMK Muhammadiyah 2 North Klaten with 95 students. The sample was
taken as many as 75 students with random sampling method. The required data is
obtained through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Previous
questionnaires were tested and tested for validity and tested for reliability.
Quantitative data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, t
test, F test, and relative and effective donations. While the qualitative used is
descriptive qualitative analysis.
The results Quantitatively obtained are regression analysis the regression line
equation: Y = 37.771 + 0.542X1 + 0.287X2. Equations show that student learning
outcomes is effected by teacher's teaching style and learning motivation. The
conclusions taken are: 1) Teacher's teaching style has a positive and significant effect
on student outcomes. Based on the t test obtained tcount > ttable, which is 7.835 > 2,000
and the probability value < 0.05, which is 0.000. 2) Learning motivation has a
positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. Based on the t test obtained
tcount > ttable, which is 3.769 > 2,000 and the probability value < 0.05, which is 0.000.
3) Students' perceptions of the teacher's teaching style and learning motivation
together towards student outcomes. Based on the results of the significance test of
multiple linear regression (F test), it is known that Fcount > Ftable, which is 44.591 >
3.120 and the significance value < 0.05, which is 0.000. 4) While the results of the
qualitative data obtained results 1) The teacher teaching style supports student
learning outcomes, among others, the teacher's attitude is firm, not rigid and relaxed
in delivering material, loud and clear voice, using methods of teaching discussion
and lectures, using learning media such as laptops, internet, and material books, 5)
types of learning motivation there are two types of internal motivation (derived from
within students) and external motivation (coming from the environment)
